No Exchange Policy

No Returns Policy
Please note that all sales are final. Once a purchase is made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges, even if the clothing does not fit or if you change your mind about the purchase. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and safety of our products.
Exceptions to the No Returns Policy
We understand that things can sometimes go wrong, so if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Procedure for Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:
1. Notification: If you receive a damaged/defective product/wrong product/missing product, notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery and initiate a return request on our website. Failure to do so may result in the merchandise not being accepted for return.
2. Proof of Defect: To process your return request, you must provide strong proof of the defect. This includes:
- Photographic Evidence: Clear photos showing the damage or defect.
- Videographic Evidence: A complete video recording of unpacking the order.
- Invoice Image: An image of the invoice for reference.
3. Investigation and Resolution: We will investigate the reported issue and provide a resolution based on our findings.

Note: We are not responsible if the wrong product is handed over to the delivery person at the time of pickup.
Wear & Tear Policy
Fittings: The fit of merchandise may change over time due to usage, including machine washing, weather conditions, and rough handling. These changes, such as a loss of fit or shine, are not considered defects but are a natural result of wear and tear.
